The Jaguar XJ was presented in the year 1968 as Jaguar XJ 6 (series 1).The Jaguar XJ is still being manufactured - in multiple evolved shape -; a true evergreen... nowadays series 5 is actual.
The Jaguar XJ combines the qualities of a sports car and a limousine in one car. The XJ has excellent road holding capabilities, is very fast and powerful, is very comfortable and last but not least very silent. All these characteristics are united in the most timeless and delightful sporty limousine design Jaguar has ever drawn.
The Jaguar XJ was also manufactured as Daimler Sovereign. The Daimler was meant to be less sporty and more a luxury limousine for buyers who appreciated sheer comfort.

The series 1 was built between 1968 and 1972, series 2 between 1973 and 1979. Series 3 was built between 1979 and 1986. In 1986 the XJ Mk II (XJ40) was introduced. After the take over by Ford motor company in 1989 the XJ40 was succeeded by the improved X300 which was built from 1994 until 1997. the XJ X300 was available as XJ 6, as XJ 12 and as XJR. The X300 XJ 12 is rare, only 3400 were built.

This beautiful XJ 12 (Mk II X300 model) is being sold for the first owner. The car was sold new in Belgium and the full history is known and documented. The original sales bill is present as are all booklets and service invoices. From new the automobile has driven 193.212 kilometers and the car still drives and feels like new! The car is in very good to excellent original condition! This XJ 12 was always garaged and the car was always serviced by specialists. The car is still registered in Belgium. The Jaguar XJ 12 (model X300) is a rare car, only 3400 were built.
